Agrinova's driving force is a multidisciplinary team of professionals who are passionate about agriculture. Operating in various agricultural sectors related to both animal and plant production, Agrinova has unique infrastructure for vegetable storage and biochar production. Additionally, it offers Technology Access Centers (TAC) for dairy production and biochar research.

Established in 1985, the Centre for Metallurgy of Quebec is a college technology transfer center integrated with Cégep de Trois-Rivières. Its mission is to support the competitiveness of the metallurgical industry through collaborative research and technological development involving private and public partners. Additionally, it supports technical education at the college level and knowledge transfer to businesses. The center provides unparalleled expertise in metallic materials and metallurgical processes, serving manufacturing companies in Quebec, Canada, and international partnerships.

Founded in 1984, the Centre for Automated Production at Cégep de Jonquière is a College Technology Transfer Center (CCTT) recognized by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. It comprises a team of engineers and skilled technicians in the field of automation who have the expertise and required skills to support businesses in implementing new production optimization processes through the development of new technologies, knowledge transfer, and specialized training. This concept is unique in Quebec.
The CTRI (Centre de Transfert en Ressources Technologiques Innovantes) has a mission to support businesses and the socio-economic sector in the mining, forestry, and agricultural fields. The center actively explores, identifies, and proposes innovative solutions to enhance the value of industrial residues and underutilized natural resources by accelerating the adoption of eco-responsible and profitable business practices. Annually, the CTRI provides over 3 million dollars' worth of applied research services dedicated to Quebec-based companies. In addition to its pilot and mini-pilot mineral processing facilities, the CTRI maintains five laboratories corresponding to the center's activities, including 1) biomass, bioenergy, and bioproducts, 2) applied ecology and biorestoration, and 3) contaminated effluents and process waters.
