Any remarks or behavior that is discriminatory, sexist, harassing, or offensive is incompatible with the values of the event. This applies to all meals.
Payment Terms
You must pay your registration fees in full online. The rates listed do not include applicable taxes. Registration fees are determined based on your membership category at the time of registration. They will not be adjusted retroactively in the event of a change in membership status.
Cancellation
No refunds. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes arise. You may transfer your spot to another member of your organization by contacting us in advance at vderoche@ciradd.ca. Please note that no substitutions will be allowed on the day of the event.

The information provided on the registration form will be used solely for administrative purposes and to communicate with you.
Audiovisual Equipment
Some of the photos taken during the event will be used on our various communication and promotional platforms. If you do not want photos in which you appear to be published, please let us know.
